2.1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed except as stated in section 5.

2.2. Tickets are subject to availability and may be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.3. You must provide accurate and complete information during the purchase process. OSA reserves the right to cancel any orders due to incorrect information or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. All prices are listed in CHF and are inclusive of taxes as indicated at the time of purchase.

3.2. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our website.

3.3. We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time.

4. Event Admission

4.1. You must present a valid ticket for admission to the event.

4.2. OSA reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms of Use.

4.3. You may be required to show valid identification that matches the name on the ticket.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled or rescheduled by OSA.

5.2. In the case of event cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email and offered the option of a refund or exchange for another event.

5.3. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 30 days of the reschedule notice.

6. Event Changes

6.1. OSA reserves the right to change event details such as the date, time, venue, and lineup. Ticket holders will be notified of any significant changes.

6.2. In the event of changes, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund or exchange, as outlined in section 5.

7. Liability

7.1. OSA is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during an event unless caused by our negligence.

7.2. By attending an event, you assume all risks associated with participation.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of OSA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8.2. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from our website without our express written permission.
